PIHA Semi-Pro Week 2 & 3

The Semi-Pro Team traveled to Longplex in Rhode Island on 10/14 with a light crew. The team had a decent weekend going 2-2 with 2 Wins against the Rhode Island Misfits and losing to the Legends and Goofers.

On 10/28 the boys traveled to 422 in PA. The went home with 3 wins and 1 loss. 1st game was against the Hershey Typhoon and with a late game effort from Logan Cain he tallied tying goal with 2 mins left in the game then with 30secs left scored the game winner in this tight game.  Game 2 was against the Iron Knights who in the 1st period scored the only goal out shooting us 12 to 7. In the 2nd period after Coach Wanda's speech the boys would score 5 goals and out shooting the Iron Knights 23 to 8 to seal a 5-1 Victory. The 3rd game of the night was against the Gladiators and the boys just looked gassed losing to a solid Glad's team 7-1. In the last game of the night after taking a beating previously the boys steamrolled the Sting Rays 11-1.

With only two more weekends (8 games) left in the Regular the Team is currently in 2nd Place in the North East Division. There next set of games are Nov 11th at Skate Safe. Good Luck Boys
